Acceptance of Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by Winston Furniture Company. If an order is changed whether frame, color, order hold, add to, etc., that order will go to the end of the production line. Any applicable program will start again from the date of change. When your order is approved by the Credit Department and approved for production, our acceptance of your order will be made in the form of an electronic and/or printed order acknowledgement.

Acknowledgements
Winston will make every effort to ship according to these acknowledgements unless otherwise notified.

Pricing
All prices are F.O.B. our plant, El Paso, Texas. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Terms
Net 30 days from date of the invoice upon credit approval.

Cancellation and Order Changes
No cancellations, changes, adds or holds can be accepted for an order for which materials have been specifically ordered or produced. No cancellations, holds or model changes for regular orders can be accepted less than 10 working days prior to the scheduled ship date. Any deviation from this policy will be subjected to a 15% restocking charge.

Handling Charge
Minimum net order $100.00. Additional charge of $5.00 or orders less than $200.00 list price for non-stocking dealers.

Returns
Winston will not accept returned goods without prior written authorization.

Freight Claims
Claims for freight damage are the responsibility of the consignee and must be filed with the freight company. If concealed damage is found, immediately notify the carrier's agent to inspect the merchandise. Save all cartons and packing. The carrier is required to issue a “Concealed Damage” report.

Delivery Time
Approximate ship dates are on Friday as shown on the order acknowledgement.

Weights
Approximate carton weights are listed. Weight may vary according to packing arrangements on each shipment.

Cube Use the following guide when figuring amount of cube to fill a truck. The total cubes are approximate and will vary due to packing of the truck. All overage will be shipped LTL unless cancellation requested by customer.
48' Truck - 2,450 cubic feet
53’ Truck - 2,900 cubic feet

Finish
Winston provides a five year finish warranty to the consumer from date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Consult warranty card for specific information about Winston's 15-year limited warranty.

Tables
All Winston regular extruded dining and bar tables and bases are shipped “Knocked Down” and require assembly prior to using. This saves cubes in shipping and lessens the chance of freight damage on set-up tables. Tuscany Glass, Cast Top and Base only frames are FULLY WELDED. The cast tops on Tuscany cast top tables are welded to the base.

Fabrics
Fabrics are shown on fabric pages in the catalog. No allowance is made for COM fabrics. Use grade A price and contact factory for yardage requirements for COM fabrics.

Winston Reserves the Right to make minor design changes or modifications and to discontinue finish color, strap color, fabrics or styles without notice. Measurements given are approximate.
